Hi Friends and Family~ Just wanted to share some info about what I do and how I got to where I am.

I am a Certified Dyslexia Specialist, I diagnose dyslexia along with tutor anyone with dyslexia. I got my training and certification through Susan Barton founder and creator of the Barton Reading and Spelling System which is an Orton-Gilligham research based program. Susan lives in California and comes to Arizona a few times a year and offers her presentations free of charge to anyone who wants to know why their child or even themselves struggle in school with reading,writing, spelling and even math.
Dyslexia is an inherited condition and affects 20% of the US population, 1 in 5 people have this disorder. If you suspect you or a loved one may suffer from this language processing disorder I would highly reccommend you come to this presentation which happens to be in MESA and meet the briliant women who has opened many peoples eyes about the struggles many of us suffer from.

Susan is wonderful and so so very educated in many area's. I love when I get to see her and pick her brain about things that may help many of my students.
